Sanjay Rathee is the founding pillar of Rathee & Associates. With over three decades of legal expertise, he is a seasoned Advocate practising before the Supreme Court of India whose career combines sustained appellate advocacy, public law leadership and deep expertise in regulatory and institutional matters.

Mr. Rathee has served the State in the most senior law officer capacities, holding the positions of Additional Advocate General (AAG) and Deputy Advocate General (DAG) for the State of Haryana. These roles placed him at the centre of significant constitutional, administrative and statutory proceedings before the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the Supreme Court of India, and gave him a first-hand institutional understanding of governmental and regulatory legal frameworks that continues to inform his practice.

A recognised authority in Regulatory Law and Corporate Advisory, Mr. Rathee has counselled corporations, institutions and consultancies on complex regulatory compliance, licensing and governance matters. He has served on Central Government and statutory panels, advising on regulatory and policy questions at the national level.
